Parall\u00e8lement, les associations partenaires se sont adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 ce nouvel environnement en modifiant leur intervention, en r\u00e9organisant leur organisation de travail, en d\u00e9veloppant de nouveaux projets et partenariats.<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 ce constat, et <a href=\"\/actualites\/limpact-du-covid-19-aupres-des-partenaires-locaux-de-planete-urgence\/\">apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude<\/a> sur les impacts \u00e0 court terme de cette crise sanitaire, Plan\u00e8te Urgence a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mener une deuxi\u00e8me enqu\u00eate afin de dresser un \u00e9tat des lieux sur la situation actuelle des partenaires et envisager une reprise des missions ainsi que des activit\u00e9s compl\u00e9mentaires en soutien.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats du questionnaire affich\u00e9s ci-dessous d\u00e9montrent une forte capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation de nos partenaires, et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de continuer \u00e0 les soutenir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Chiffres cl\u00e9s de l&#8217;enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e du 12 mai au 15 juin 2021<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6531\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Graphique.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"893\" height=\"456\" srcset=\"https:\/\/planete-urgence.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Graphique.jpg 523w, https:\/\/planete-urgence.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Graphique-300x153.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 893px) 100vw, 893px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 des partenaires participants de cette enqu\u00eate travaillent sur la promotion du d\u00e9veloppement local : notamment la formation professionnelle des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires, le d\u00e9veloppement des alternatives \u00e9conomiques et durables, parmi d\u2019autres.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>L&#8217;impact de la pand\u00e9mie de la COVID-19<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en avril 2020 d\u00e9montrait que nos partenaires locaux rencontraient plusieurs difficult\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Nouvelle organisation de leur travail et de leurs salari\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Continuit\u00e9 des activit\u00e9s sur le terrain<\/li>\n<li>Diminution des financements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, 60% des associations ont toujours diminu\u00e9 ou adapt\u00e9 une grande partie de leurs activit\u00e9s mais 40% continuent d\u00e9sormais normalement leurs actions. Suite \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail et une reprise des activit\u00e9s, <b>98% d\u00e9clarent avoir besoin de volontaires pour relancer leurs actions et projets.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>La r\u00e9ponse de Plan\u00e8te Urgence<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Plan\u00e8te Urgence a sollicit\u00e9 les organisations partenaires sur des pistes de soutien telles que :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>des \u00e9v\u00e8nements de mise en r\u00e9seaux,<\/li>\n<li>la mise \u00e0 disposition d\u2019outils et,<\/li>\n<li>la r\u00e9alisation de micro formations \u00e0 distance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Globalement, le retour est particuli\u00e8rement enthousiaste :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><b>90<\/b><b>% des partenaires sont int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par des micro formations<\/b>, notamment sur la recherche des financements et la gestion du t\u00e9l\u00e9travail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><b>98<\/b><b>% des partenaires aimeraient \u00eatre mis en r\u00e9seau localement<\/b>, notamment sur des ateliers d\u2019\u00e9change de pratiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>Enfin, <b>90% des partenaires aimeraient avoir \u00e0 disposition des outils <\/b>tels que des fiches informatives et guides sur la recherche de financements et la gestion de projets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Plan\u00e8te Urgence m\u00e8ne actuellement des actions de soutien aux partenaires telles que : la r\u00e9alisation des missions en e-volontariat, la mobilisation des volontaires localement et la relance des missions de volontariat dans les pays o\u00f9 les conditions sanitaires le permettent.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, Plan\u00e8te Urgence r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit \u00e0 plusieurs pistes de soutien pour les partenaires locaux, telles que : le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un projet de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s, la mise \u00e0 disposition des outils de formation ainsi que l\u2019organisation des ateliers d\u2019\u00e9changes de pratiques.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Vous souhaitez en savoir plus sur cette \u00e9tude ?
